Stress is your body’s way of responding to any kind of demand. It can be caused by both good and bad experiences. When people feel stressed by something going on around them, their bodies react by releasing chemicals into the blood.
These chemicals give people more energy and strength, which can be a good thing if their stress is caused by physical danger. But this can also be a bad thing, if it is in response to something emotional and there is no outlet for this extra energy and strength.Mtstcil

Just like the saying ‘different folks, different stroke’, people get stressed due to different reasons. Not only this, they also respond to it differently. Although there are numerous causes of stress in individuals, the most common are listed below.
As simple as this sound, it is a very common cause of stress in the world today. More often than not, we tend to worry about what we have very little or no control over. It is also known as internal stress, we should learn how to manage it and take control of out thoughts.
A really busy day at work with little or no time for rest no matter how little is also a contributing factor. This usually results in general weakness of the body, and if not promptly attended to might lead to sickness.
Ok, I know getting married is supposed to be a thing of great joy and excitement; but it is also a common cause. In the process of moving from pillar to post just to ensure the success of the wedding, you can overwork yourself to an extent you barely notice the changes in your body as a result of stress.
In as much as it’s really great to raise ones standards, care should be taken so as not to put too much of workload on yourself at the end of the day.
When this happens, you get stressed out when you don’t meet up with the expectations as planned.
